Databook - How it works
Your professional electronic Databook tool is great way to organise and share your fire safety information with inspectors and to respond with fire safety questions. With Databook you are complying with the "Good Housingkeeping" fire safety guidelines. You can expand Databook with different modules like:
- Legionella inspection.
- Fire extinguishers.
- Fire Doors.
With Databook comply with maintenance requirements with up to date repairs immediately after inspection/repair round has been completed.

Once you have received your demo login details, there are 3 types of accounts.
The client account has access as the main user and can edit all information, view or print out items and add co-workers to the account. With client access you are presented with the following options:
1. Supplier / Projects to view all your projects and supplier information. When you have created a project, you can enter data about recesses and floor information. The download options allows you to upload reports, drawings, items related to that particular project. These items can be made visible to the manager account levels. Once you have completed and entered in all required information about your project you can go back and edit items, print out or create QR codes per job while on or off site, enter information if you need to perform a maintenance task, which can be enter in by the employee. The Databook system also has the function to print several QR code stickers which can be listed per floor.
2. Co-workers add, edit or delete employee accounts, assign employees/hired staff to projects and find out who is working on what project.
3. Application / Used system where you can view, edit or delete the application that has been installed or maintained.
4. Product view, edit or delete product information that has been installed or maintained on your projects.
5. Questions view, edit or delete questions about products or project related items from all users.
6. Manual reference material on how to use the databook system.
The other 2 type of accounts are manager account can view items and make adjustments to some of the information. The employee account has access to view information only and ask questions. For more information about Databook please click the enquire button below.
